Com vista ao reforço do parque tecnológico do Serviço Nacional de Saúde e em particular dar resposta à população do conselho de Matosinhos, a ULSM pretende a aquisição de:- um equipamento de ressonância magnética 3 tesla, por substituição do equipamento que se encontra em fim de vida. Devido à inexistência de peças novas e avarias recorrentes, não podemos descartar a elevada probabilidade de uma paragem definitiva e a curto prazo do equipamento que levará à não realização de exames, com prejuízo para os utentes;- um equipamento de Angiografia, para substituição de equipamento que se encontra em fim de vida. O equipamento de Angiografia Digital que a ULSM EPE dispunha e recentemente abatido datava do ano 1999. Equipamento dedicado a áreas multidisciplinares de intervenção diagnóstica e terapêutica, compreendendo os Serviços de Neurorradiologia (permitindo a participação na Rede de Referenciação de Intervenção Hospitalar) e Radiologia, Serviços de Gastroenterologia, Pneumologia e Cardiologia. O equipamento foi abatido por se encontrar em “end off live” e não ter sido possível a sua reparação.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
