O Município de Pombal, é uma autarquia local com a atribuições e competências no âmbito da educação, que decorrem designadamente da Lei n.º 75/2013 de 12 de setembro, na sua actual redação, bem assim da Lei n.º 50/2018, que aprova o processo de descentralização de competências para os municípios e as comunidades intermunicipais que se iniciou em 2018, previsto no n.º 1 do art.º 11 da Lei n.º 50/2018, de 16 de agosto.Em matéria de atribuições no âmbito da educação, o Município de Pombal conta já com uma vasta experiência, com vários exemplos de candidaturas de centros escolares no QREN 2007-2013, de que são exemplos, as candidaturas dos centros escolares de Vieirinhos, Fonte Nova, Albergaria dos Doze, Redinha e Abiúl, também o Centro Escolar de Mata Mourisca e Almagreira; quer ainda no quadro comunitário Portugal 2020, designadamente as candidaturas dos Centros Escolares de Vermoil, Pombal, Guia, Vila Cã e Pelariga.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
