A candidatura Médio Tejo + Inteligente visa o desenvolvimento de uma média de 10 verticais por município e distribuídos pela entidade intermunicipal CIM Médio Tejo, criando uma Plataforma de Gestão Urbana (PGU) intermunicipal assente numa dicotomia de benefício - custo e prossecutora de uma boa prática de iniciativas promotoras de uma maior coesão territorial. Esta plataforma integrará funcionalidades essenciais e prementes para modernizar e aumentar a eficiência e eficácia dos serviços públicos municipais, fomentando a colaboração e a partilha de recursos entre os municípios da CIM do Médio Tejo.A iniciativa enquadra-se no investimento C19-i08 – Territórios Inteligentes, que promove a disseminação de Plataformas de Gestão Urbana por todo o território nacional, com o intuito de facilitar a tomada de decisões baseadas em dados, melhorar a eficiência dos serviços públicos e fomentar uma gestão territorial sustentável e inovadora. O projeto Médio Tejo + Inteligente alinha-se com as diretrizes da Estratégia Nacional de Territórios Inteligentes (ENTI), expandindo práticas de cidades inteligentes para municípios de baixa densidade, real.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
