O objetivo do presente projeto centra-se na implementação de um Manufacturing Execution System (MES) e respetiva estrutura de suporte tecnológico na fábrica da Electro-Portugal, em Vila Franca de Xira, bem como a sua integração com o sistema de Enteprise Resource Planning (ERP) da empresa.Concretamente, de forma a cumprir o objetivo referido, a Electro-Portugal prevê a construção de uma rede estruturada, a instalação de seis terminais digitais de interface e a requalificação de diversos equipamentos produtivos para integração com o MES, nomeadamente, três extrusoras, uma máquina de embalamento automática e uma máquina de embalamento manual, três estufas de diferentes dimensões, e uma máquina de varetas, estantes robotizadas e máquinas portáteis de picking.O investimento envolverá a aquisição dos necessários componentes de hardware de suporte, bem como do software MES, e serviços de engenharia necessários para a materialização dos objetivos propostos.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
