Summary

O projeto do GPEARI que visa a promoção do teletrabalho definiu a atribuição de 10 postos de trabalho completos, tendo definido os respetivos termos de referência, designadamente: • Necessidade de aquisição de meios de trabalho para promoção do teletrabalho – tipo de posto de trabalho a atribuir;• Definição das áreas passíveis de acomodar a perspetiva do trabalho remoto – teletrabalho; • Avaliação dos impactos na gestão das equipas em teletrabalho;Com base nas definições anteriores e no número de postos de trabalho elegíveis para efeitos de candidatura, indica-se um valor total de 13.703€, sendo a maior parcela relativa à aquisição de computadores portáteis. De referir que os portáteis adquiridos são ultraleves, com elevada capacidade, rapidez e memória, garantindo também alta performance ao nível da bateria, proporcionando a flexibilidade e a portabilidade do posto de trabalho. No total, estes equipamentos representam 9.748€ do valor de investimento. Os restantes valores de investimento dizem respeito aos componentes e periféricos que possibilitam a prestação do trabalho em condições de segurança, ergonomia e conforto equiparado a um computador pessoal de secretária. Destaque para a dimensão do monitor (24 pol.) proporcionando uma elevada área de visualização, condição deveras importante para a análise de dados, produção gráfica e leitura de vários documentos em simultâneo. Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
