A On Tales, empresa de turismo marítimo na Ilha da Madeira, propõe a digitalização dos seus processos operacionais para melhorar a eficiência, a qualidade dos serviços e a experiência do cliente. O projeto inclui a implementação de soluções tecnológicas para a captura, gestão e armazenamento seguro de conteúdos multimédia (vídeos e fotos das viagens), além da automatização da comunicação e relação com clientes.O projeto prevê:- Infraestrutura digital: servidores, NAS, rede 5G nas embarcações e na vigia terrestre para comunicação e transmissão de conteúdos em tempo real.- Soluções de software: gestão integrada de reservas, automatização de envio de fotos e vídeos aos clientes, digitalização de documentação legal e diários de bordo.- Otimização da experiência do cliente: melhoria no fluxo de interação digital, desde a reserva até o pós-serviço, garantindo privacidade e personalização.Este projeto alinha-se com os objetivos do PRR-RAM – Empresas 4.0, promovendo a transformação digital da On Tales para aumentar a competitividade e eficiência, garantindo conformidade legal e proteção de dados.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
