O projeto apresenta despesas nas tipologias identificadas no ponto 5.1 do Aviso de Concurso, nomeadamente alíneas a); c); d); e); f) e g).Para a definição das despesas a realizar no projeto, foi feito um levantamento de necessidades em cada um dos espaços. Com o objetivo de se criar uma identidade comum nos 3 espaços, tentou-se, respeitando sempre as especificidades de cada um, uniformizar a tipologia e design dos equipamentos/mobiliários a adquirir.Será igualmente definida uma imagem corporativa, estratégia de comunicação, promoção e divulgação comuns aos 3 espaços de cowork (despesas com promoção e divulgação, nomeadamente:? Criação de logotipo;? Criação de toda a imagem para redes sociais e aplicações Web;? Criação da imagem gráfica para documentos e assinatura de emails;? Criação da imagem para merchandising;? Criação de folhetos publicitários e cartazes;? Criação da imagem para identificação exterior e interior dos espaços cowork;? Criação da imagem das placas de identificação e funcionamento das normas no interior dos espaços cowork.Os valores apresentados correspondem a estimativas orçamentais, por consulta informal ao mercado.O Investimento total proposto é de 126.883,55€ (s/IVA), distribuídos pelos 3 espaços coworks da seguinte forma:Cowork – Almeida: 46.863,80€ (s/IVA)? Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::

Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
