Summary

Os estagiários na área dos arquivos e na conservação e restauro irão exercer funções no âmbito do PRR projeto “Digitalização, virtualização e disponibilização de espólio (19,5M de documentos) da DGLAB”:O procedimento de contratação esta distribuído por 5 lotes do seguinte modo:- Lote 1 – Arquivo Nacional da Torre do Tombo, Arquivo Distrital Leiria, Arquivo Distrital Santarém, Arquivo Distrital Setúbal e Arquivo Histórico Ultramarino – 1.702.400,00 €; - Lote 2 – Arquivo Distrital Bragança, Arquivo Distrital Castelo Branco, Arquivo Distrital Guarda, Arquivo Distrital Vila Real e Arquivo Distrital Viseu - 1.560.000,00 €; - Lote 3 – Arquivo Distrital de Viana Castelo, Arquivo Distrital Porto e Arquivo Distrital Aveiro - 921.580,00 €; - Lote 4 – Arquivo Distrital Beja, Arquivo Distrital Portalegre, Arquivo Distrital Faro e Arquivo Distrital Évora – 1.193.400,00 €; - Lote 5 – Centro Português de Fotografia - 517.000,00 €.Na área do restauro 4 estagiários (investimento 50.163,76 €)- realizar intervenções de preservação, conservação e restauro pontual e sistemática de documentos em papel e pergaminho; Investigar e analisar diferentes materiais para elaboração de procedimentos de acondicionamento de preservação; Área arquivo 16 estagiários (investimento 200.655,04 €) - assegurar a aplicação das disposições integrantes da lei de bases da política cultural e do regime de proteção e valorização do património arquivístico e fotográfico. Proceder ao tratamento arquivístico da documentação elaborar os respetivos instrumentos de descrição e pesquisa; Área jurídica 2 estagiários (investimento 25.081,88 €) - elaborar informações de despesa de contratação de bens e serviços e respetivas peças do procedimento no âmbito do PRR.Apoio jurídico na elaboração de pareceres sobre questões relacionadas com a contratação pública e o regime de realização da despesa no âmbito do PRR;Área financeira 2 estagiários (investimento 25.081,88 €) – Submissão de pedidos de pagamento relativos aos projetos no âmbito do PRR, em conformidade com os normativos nacionais e comunitários; Garantir a atualização permanente da informação quanto à execução dos projetos no âmbito do PRR; Área engenharia informática 2 estagiários (investimento 25.081,88 €) - Os estagiários irão desenvolver tarefas no âmbito do PRR no projeto designado por Digitalização, virtualização e disponibilização de espólio (19,5M de documentos) da DGLAB”. O projeto no montante global de 7.215.000,00 €, que, conforme cronograma físico e financeiro, engloba a aquisição de 19.500.500 imagens de documentos digitalizados no valor total de 5.894.380,00 € e o armazenamento e disponibilização online (hardware, software e preparação do sistema) no valor total de 1.320.000,00 €. Área engenharia mecânica e civil 2 estagiários (investimento 25.081,88 €) – Apoiar a DGLAB no âmbito do PRR com os projetos relacionados com o edificado.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::

Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
