A SGMAI não procedeu a aquisições anteriores com a finalidade de implementação de postos em teletrabalho.Pretende-se dar início a procedimentos de contratação publica com vista a financiar 92 postos de teletrabalho, para o qual é necessário desenvolver as seguintes ações:• Identificação das especificações técnicas• Lançamento do procedimento de contratação• Configuração dos equipamentos para afetaçãoAs tipologias de equipamentos a adquirir para equipar postos de teletrabalho, bem como dos valores associados constam do quadro seguinte:• Computador Portátil /Laptop (sem OS) - i5, 16Gb, 256SSD (c/ rato e leitor de smartcard/CC) = 864€ + IVA• mala/mochila = 15€ +IVA• cabo de segurança = 5€ +IVA• docking station = 97€ +IVA• teclado smartcard = 35€ +IVA• ecrã externo 24’ = 160€ +IVA• Sistemas de videoconferência destinados às diversas áreas de serviços, compostos por componentes de Hardware e de Software de videoconferência, Webcam USB / USB-C.= 200€ cada +IVAOs valores correspondem a uma estimativa de encargos realizada pela SGMAI atendendo ao elevado preço desta tipologia de equipamentos por força da conjuntura internacional, designadamente a relacionada com a falta de componentes como por ex. os microships, a elevada procura e o custo de transporte e das matérias primas.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
