Summary

Considerando a adoção e consolidação na SGMDN de um modelo de organização de trabalho que privilegia o regime de teletrabalho e a necessidade de assegurar que os trabalhadores da SGMDN têm ao seu dispor meios tecnológicos que permitam garantir a portabilidade de postos de trabalho, importa a aquisição de computadores portáteis, componentes e periféricos.Face às necessidades de substituição dos equipamentos afetos aos trabalhadores e de assegurar que estes mantêm ao seu dispor meios tecnológicos que permitem garantir e manter a portabilidade dos postos de trabalho, e em alinhamento com os objetivos deste Aviso, adquirir meios para equipar 50 postos de trabalho em regime de teletrabalho, que representam cerca de 50% dos trabalhadores da SGMDN em teletrabalho (100) e 30% do total de trabalhadores civis.A tipologia dos equipamentos a adquirir por posto de trabalho e os respetivos preços de referência são os seguintes: 1 Computador portátil – Tipo HP EliteBook 640 G9 Base com i5-1245U (com SO) - 950 € 1 Componentes – Tipo Mochila HP Prelude Pro Recycle Backpack – 30 € 1 Periférico - Tipo Rato HP 125 Wired Mouse – 20 € O valor de referência dos equipamentos por posto de trabalho totaliza cerca de 1.000 € (sem IVA).Em termos de Investimento, o valor total dos equipamentos a adquirir para os 50 postos de trabalho totaliza 50.000 €, sem IVA incluído.Haverá a devida atribuição destes meios a trabalhadores da SGMDN que exercem funções compatíveis com o teletrabalho pelo prazo previsto, de modo a assegura o cumprimento das condições específicas de acesso elencadas no ponto 3.B do Aviso, não sendo utilizados para outras finalidades.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
