O projeto assenta na aquisição de equipamentos portáteis, e outros dispositivos que possibilitem fornecer condições tecnológicas para a realização de teletrabalho, as aquisições foram iniciadas no ano 2021, com a abertura de 2 procedimentos:- Por concurso público (113/UMC/2021-ASAE), foram adquiridos 35 computadores portáteis da marca Dynabook Tecra A40-J1, I7 14", 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10, com o valor unitário de 859,82 €; 35 Estações de ancoragem (Docking Station), com preço unitário de 134,70 €; 25 mochilas; 35 teclados e 35 ratos, perfazendo um valor total (s/ IVA) de 36.111,20 €.- Por ajuste direto, após consulta a três entidades, foram adquiridos 38 computadores portáteis da marca Dynabook Tecra A40-J1, I7 14", 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10, com o valor unitário de 925,93 €, 38 Estações de ancoragem (Docking Station), com preço unitário de 134,94 €; 42 Monitores, 24”; 22 mochilas, 49 teclados e 49 ratos, perfazendo um valor total (s/ IVA) de 48.738,62 €.Tendo já sido adquiridos 73 computadores portáteis e outros periféricos, número este, contudo, insuficiente para dotar os todos os colaboradores, que se encontram em processo de acordo de teletrabalho, pelo que pretende-se adquirir, em novo procedimento, 30 computadores portáteis, com as seguintes características (mais detalhadas na memória descritiva):• Processador Intel® Core™ i5, 12ª geração• Memória Ram: 16 GB• Disco 500GB SSD/Nv• Ecrã 14”Com o valor previsional de 32.942,00
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
