O objetivo geral da presente candidatura visa georreferenciar todas as pessoas que, de algum modo, possam ser consideradas vulneráveis: idosos isolados, crianças e jovens em risco, pessoas com perturbação mental e com consumos aditivos, deficientes, entre outras que evidenciem alguma vulnerabilidade social e que necessitam de acompanhamento por parte dos serviços sociais e de saúde. Urge criar condições técnicas e humanas que permita aos serviços, nomeadamente à Equipa do Rendimento Social de Inserção, ao Serviço de Atendimento e Acompanhamento Social, ao Serviço de Ação Social do Município e, também, às IPSS chegarem até estas famílias de forma rápida e com segurança para poderem intervir e ajudá-las nas suas necessidades urgentes e não urgentes. Resende é um concelho disperso, com habitações isoladas e com rede de transportes deficitária o que dificulta o acesso das pessoas mais vulneráveis aos serviços.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
