Summary

O investimento é constituído pela aquisição dos equipamentos necessários para a criação de 10 novos gabinetes de medicina dentária em 10 centros de saúde do Alentejo Central, bem como as obras de adaptação necessárias para este efeito, sobretudo devido à proteção contra as radiações emitidas pelos equipamentos de raio-X. Os locais selecionados são os Centros de Saúde de Alandroal, Arraiolos, Borba, Évora, Mora, Mourão, Redondo, Vendas Novas, Viana do Alentejo e Vila Viçosa. O custo estimado para cada gabinete é de 50.000€, o que totaliza 500.000€ (sem IVA). Prevê-se que as obras necessárias para cada gabinete rondem os 20.000€, sendo que o remanescente será aplicado na aquisição dos equipamentos necessários. Os procedimentos de contratação pública serão iniciados ainda no decorrer do ano 2022, prevendo-se a aquisição integral dos equipamentos até ao final do ano. Contudo, no que diz respeito às obras de adaptação prevê-se que possam ser iniciadas ainda ano 2022, mas a maior parte será executada durante o ano 2023. Estima-se assim, que todos os gabinetes possam estar concluídos até final do 1.º trimestre do ano 2024, tendo em conta que este é um dos indicadores e metas que foram estipuladas superiormente, para os novos gabinetes de medicina dentária.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
