A operação agora candidata respeita a intervenções no âmbito das acessibilidades de uma moradia unifamiliar. Ao nível do exterior prevê-se a execução de duas rampas, uma exterior que dará acesso ao portão de entrada / piscina e outra rampa interior no pátio que dá acesso a duas portas de entrada. Para além dessas rampas de acesso pretende-se também dotar uma casa-de-banho com barras de apoio de sanita, duche e lavatório.
