O presente projeto prevê o desenvolvimento de um software que permita transformar atuais modelos de marketing e vendas 100% digitais e automatizados e contribuir para o aumento da eficiência e produtividade do setor de marketing e vendas de qualquer empresa.Este novo software permite às empresas adotarem um novo modelo de divulgação e comercialização dos seus produtos completamente digital e efetivo. Os modelos de marketing clássicos de visitas presenciais e prospeção porta a porta deixarão de ser necessárias uma vez que, este software, fará com que exista uma relação Empresa-cliente sempre presente e com disponibilidade para esclarecer, auxiliar e demonstrar produtos ou serviços, bem como resolver situações pós-venda.O desenvolvimento deste software permite acompanhar toda a carteira de clientes, bem como associá-los - individualmente e de forma automatizada - a diferentes tipologias de marketing e comunicação, conforme o histórico de manifestação de interesses.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
