As ações e investimento do projeto tem como base os seguintes princípios básicos: • Renovação das infraestruturas, visando a eficiência energética ou medidas de eficiência energética relativas a tais infraestruturas, em conformidade com critérios de eficiência energética, constituindo renovações de nível médio, tal como definido na Recomendação (UE) 2019/786 da Comissão sobre a renovação do edifício do Centro de Sáude de Fervença (no lugar da Mota), na qual o edifício deverá alcançar, em média, pelo menos 30% de redução de consumo de energia primária, pertencendo ao domínio 026bis do financiamento PRR; ou, • Renovação de infraestruturas, visando a eficiência energética ou medidas de eficiência energética relativas a tais infraestruturas, projetos de demonstração e medidas de apoio, cumprindo os requisitos previstos no Decreto-Lei 101-D/2020,s de 7 de dezembro, que estabelece os requisitos aplicáveis a edifícios para a melhoria do desempenho energético e regula o Sistema de Certificação Energética de Edifícios, transpondo a Diretiva (UE) 2018/844 e parcialmente a Diretiva (UE) 2019/944, pertencendo ao domínio 026 do financiamento PRR.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
