A candidatura da Universidade de Coimbra visa reforçar a transição digital através da evolução da integração com duas plataformas comuns do Estado: PPAP (Plataforma de Pagamentos da Administração Pública) e GAP (Plataforma de Mensagens da Administração Pública).O projeto PPAP atualiza os sistemas da UC para a nova versão, explorando funcionalidades como o DUC e garantindo conformidade técnica e segurança. No âmbito GAP, será desenvolvido um middleware para integrar os sistemas internos, oferecer APIs, gerir entidades, enviar SMS ad hoc, controlar custos e disponibilizar dashboards de monitorização. Estas iniciativas promovem interoperabilidade, eficiência e desmaterialização, estando alinhadas com o Decreto-Lei n.º 49/2024 e a Estratégia Digital Nacional, simplificando processos e melhorando a experiência do utilizador, além de reduzir o impacto ambiental.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
