Garantir a gestão segura e eficiente das transações financeiras através da Plataforma de Pagamentos (PPAP) é fundamental, assegurando a automatização dos processos, a rastreabilidade das operações e a conformidade regulatória. A expansão dos serviços de pagamentos eletrônicos promove maior rapidez, redução de custos, reforço da segurança e integração com mecanismos de autenticação robustos. Além disso, facilita a conciliação automática e aumenta a transparência em todos os processos financeiros.Para assegurar a resiliência e a segurança da ligação necessária à integração da Plataforma de Pagamentos (PPAP), serão utilizadas soluções Fortinet, que oferecem proteção avançada e gestão centralizada.Dado que é necessário implementar uma plataforma de pagamentos no portal dos serviços online do município, torna-se essencial reforçar a resiliência da solução. Assim, é mandatória a integração de um servidor WAF (FortiWeb), garantindo uma maior capacidade de mitigação e resposta rápida a eventuais incidentes de segurança.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
