As ações e investimentos do projeto apresentado para o Centro de Saúde de Ponte da Barca visa a intervenção e a remodelação do espaço interior, maioritariamente na área de atendimento ao público, com um novo layout; o fornecimento e instalação de elevador, melhorando a acessibilidade entre os três pisos; arranjos exteriores e dos espaços verdes, beneficiando a área de estacionamento ao nível do piso 1; a substituição do sistema de água quente sanitária; a remodelação integral do sistema de climatização existente; a instalação de painéis fotovoltaicos, substituindo o sistema de AQS , a refuncionalização de espaços interiores dotando o centro de saúde de uma unidade de saúde oral, de recolha de análises clínicas e de radiologia/exames diagnóstico, sendo para tal efetuada uma pequena ampliação no piso -1; remodelação do sistema de segurança contra risco de incêndio no edifício e a instalação de sistema de videovigilância com centralização no posto de vigilância do HSL(824h)
Beneficiaries

- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
