A candidatura de “REQUALIFICAÇÃO DO CENTRO DE SAÚDE DE ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ” é caracterizada pelo desenvolvimento de uma intervenção de caráter infraestrutural, assumiu como premissa fundamental o respeito e valorização da história e arquitetura do local na inserção do edifício a recuperar, respeitando os alinhamentos e cérceas estipuladas pelo edifício existente e pela área possível e mais adequada de expansão.A requalificação e ampliação do Centro de Saúde está projetado para ser instalado na totalidade na pré-existência nobre que integra o património do SNS, prevendo-se a ampliação de área total de 160,92m2. Face a estas condicionantes, a organização funcional da solução proposta procura garantir o seu enquadramento volumétrico em torno do edificado, valorizando o seu o conjunto. Por estes motivos a ampliação materializa-se ao nível do primeiro andar, designadamente, na sala de espera e no passadiço que interliga os dois volumes mais a norte, vidé memória descritva em anexo).
Beneficiaries

- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
