Summary

O Projeto de Ampliação da Unidade de Saúde de Monte Gordo envolve diferentes rúbricas de trabalho, apresentadas tanto no Estudo Prévio como na Estimativa Orçamental. Pode-se então afirmar que está previsto um investimento para o Estaleiro/Segurança e Saúde. Já na rúbrica de arquitetura propriamente dita, serão feitas demolições, alvenarias, revestimento de pavimentos, revestimento de paredes, revestimentos e impermeabilizações, serralharias/caixilharias, carpintarias/vão interiores/portas, equipamento, pinturas e arranjos exteriores. Para a rede de abastecimento de água serão feitas tubagens e acessórios, ligações e outros trabalhos e para a rede de drenagem e de águas residuais domésticas. Depois, as instalações elétricas são das rúbricas mais dispendiosas, uma vez que além dos alimentadores e quadros, cabos, iluminação e tomadas prevê-se igualmente a montagem de um sistema fotovoltaico. A transição digital é também considerada com as telecomunicações e o sistema automático de controlo de intrusão. O AVAC revela-se também uma das principais preocupações neste projeto uma vez que os trabalhos e equipamentos envolvidos têm como objetivo atenuar os gastos energéticos do edifício. Foi igualmente calculada a segurança contra incêndios. Importa referir, por fim, que a realização do Estudo Prévio, da Estimativa Orçamental e das Peças Desenhadas são fruto de uma prestação de serviços no valor de 7.950,00€ + IVA. Todos os custos referentes aos investimentos acima referidos do projeto estão definidos no valores do Contrato anexo.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
