No que concerne à descrição das ações, a organização da presente candidatura, conforme detalhado na memória descritiva, foi concebida com recurso a uma estrutura de atividades que assegura um foco de execução e controlo totalmente alinhados com os objetivos estabelecidos no Aviso. Por outro lado, não menos importante é a motivação real e efetiva dos membros do consórcio para executar com todo o empenho este projeto, em virtude deste ser totalmente convergente com o âmbito das suas missões, sendo que já têm vindo a ser desenvolvidas outras iniciativas relacionadas à transição digital, maturidade digital e cibersegurança, conforme descrito nesta candidatura. As macro atividades do projeto encontram-se descritas na secção 1.3 da Memória Descritiva, enquanto que a sua decomposição em ações mais atómicas consta da secção 2.2.1 do mesmo documento.Quanto aos investimentos do projeto, o investimento proposto foi consolidado no sentido de maximizar a aplicação de recursos financeiros nas ações com maior impacto nos resultados a alcançar, conforme quadro de programação financeira consta da secção 2.3 da Memória Descritiva.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
