Este investimento tem como objetivo reforçar a governação dos recursos hídricos, através do reforço e modernização das estações de monitorização e instalação de contadores com telemetria nos principais consumidores, complementada por uma avaliação da utilização de água na rega através de deteção remota, acompanhando, regularmente, as áreas regadas e estimativa dos volumes captados, fornecendo informação indispensável à decisão/gestão dos títulos de captação (novos ou existentes), e à sua fiscalização. Reforça também a capacidade de implementação de caudais ecológicos nas albufeiras da Bravura e Funcho-Arade. A Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA), é o Beneficiário Direto (BD), e este investimento tem que estar concluído em 30/06/2026.
