A concretização e a operacionalização do investimento é da responsabilidade, da Polícia Judiciária, na qualidade de Beneficiário Direto e tem como objetivo promover a reabilitação energética de edifícios da administração pública central, promover a eficiência energética e dos recursos e reforçar o autoconsumo de energias renováveis.Este investimento consistirá em medidas de promoção da reabilitação, da eficiência energética, da descarbonização, da eficiência hídrica e da economia circular em edifícios:-Serão lançados avisos anualmente para as diferentes tipologias de intervenção em edifícios,Serão divulgados materiais de apoio aos responsáveis da administração pública para os ajudar a decidir as melhores medidas de eficiência energética a adotar.
