Training capacities: Support for the training of undergraduates is crucial for nurturing the next generation of scientists. This could involve the development of a curriculum that is both comprehensive and reflective of the latest advancements in the field. Mentoring students and overseeing their undergraduate research projects are key responsibilities that require a commitment to student growth and learning. The goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their future careers. Training Master and PhD students involves providing them with expert guidance on their research projects.
